Professional Tour Guide Services (Eswatini)

Terms & Conditions

• The daily guide fee is R500 per day.
• The fee excludes all transport and travel-related costs.
• Clients are responsible for all transport costs incurred by the tour guide during the tour.
• For tours exceeding four (4) hours, clients are required to provide refreshments and meals for the tour guide.
• Entrance fees, accommodation, activities and any other related expenses are payable by the client.

Meet & Greet Services

Start your journey with confidence through our professional Meet & Greet service. Whether you are arriving at an airport, border post, hotel or other designated location, our representative will welcome you, assist with your arrival and help ensure a smooth transition to your destination.

Our Meet & Greet services include:

• Airport arrival and departure assistance
• Welcome signage with your name or company logo
• Assistance with luggage
• Escort to your driver or transfer vehicle
• Hotel check-in assistance (where required)
• Business delegation and VIP reception services
• Travel information and local orientation
